MILAN – As models like Karmen Pedaru, Aymeline Valade, and Daphne Groeneveld glide onto the stage in beautifully colored dresses with tropical prints, turquoise, and bold hues, FashionTV host and actress Hofit Golan have your exclusive up-close look at the models, the runway, and the man of the hour, head designer Massimiliano Giornetti. Our host Hofit Golan has an exclusive interview with him backstage. Golan is clad in a form fitting animal print dress when she interviews him after the show. “We wanted to break that and put some energy to feed the mind and the soul,” Giornetti says, when describing how the explosive color of the Spring/Summer 2012 collection is a far cry from the more black and white Fall/Winter line. “We have such a huge archive and the brand has so much heritage that we want to go back and revisit them season after season,” adds Chase Ferragamo when Golan asks him how the brand keeps coming up with such award winning designs.

Nicki Minaj Backstage at Betsey Johnson Spring 2012 New York Fashion Week |

NEW YORK – Backstage at the Betsey Johnson Spring/Summer 2012 collection for New York Fashion Week, things are hectic, but fun. Colorful balloons hang in the air to go with the fun and fancy free Betsey Johnson vibe. Models sport flashy hot pink lips and liquid liner. Stephanie Waganmen, Johnson’s assistant and a model in the show, poses for the cameras sporting a blond wig with retro curls, silver lightning bolt earrings and a white hoodie. Other girls sport fake lashes and metallic silver bejeweled nails. Nicki Minaj heads backstage to meet with Johnson and the models before the show and the two share a warm hug. Minaj sports a blue and blonde wig and a plastic dress. Later, Johnson poses with daughter Lulu and blows kisses to the crowd.

Giorgio Armani ft Coco Rocha – Winter 2012 Fashion Show, Milan Fashion

MILAN – Canadian model Coco Rocha opens the Giorgio Armani Fall 2011 collection at Milan Fashion Week with another model following closely behind. Rocha wore a blush color coat, in a shade that reflected the Boudoir essence that Armani wanted to convey in this collection, with a slinky and sleek feel to everything from the satin dresses to the sweeping trousers. There were backgrounds of black and silver, which played up the embroidery and the delicates. Other items that were part of the package: those elegant trousers, mink coats, and velvet tops.
